a year agoI ordered some flowers for my friend as her mother had recently passed away. The flowers arrived damaged and wiltered, the kind to you would pay a tenner for at the supermarket.The florist offered to exchange the flower stems for fresh but I would have needed to return them first.I refused this, obviously. Who in their right mind would ask for flowers back from a lady who is grieving the loss of her mother?I asked for a full refund but was refused.I will not be using this florist ever again and I do not recommend it to anyone.Save your money and shop elsewhere.

a year agoI purchased the Wolds bouquet as a gift to my wife on our wedding day, although the arrangement looked fantastic when I collected it after 4 days the roses had wilted and the greenery was starting to wither and go brown. It wasn't good value for money and I've bought much better from a supermarket if I'm honest.

Your attention to detail and the obvious care that you had taken to produce the most beautiful bouquet of flowers was gratefully received. The world has seem some dark times in recent months however these flowers have shone a light and put the widest smile on my mothers face. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work.
