7 years agoI can't thank Karen enough for her helpfulness: despite having given her the wrong street number (sorry!) and her having to go back out to redeliver once she eventually got hold of me to check she remained helpful and patient throughout. A wide range of lovely and quirky floral arrangements, and my recipient has said that the flowers are beautiful. I'm really happy with the service so I'll definitely be back for future orders. 3 years agoI had called many flower delivery places for my fiancée's birthday, but not so many were available to do same day delivery. Bless her heart, Karen the owner was fantastic and even though it was 10 minutes to closing time, was so willing to help me with finding the perfect bouquet and delivering it to my fiancée for same day itself!So empathetic, helped me with my budget, and even shared a laugh with me before promising to get it done. Completely seamless experience, would most DEFINITELY come back again. Thank you so much Karen for all your help and you deserve all the wonderful business and success in the world! P.S Hope you get back to Singapore soon!!
