Nicolla Florist ltd is a Family run business that has been established since 1974 by Nicolla. Now owned by Clair Strike and her parents Rosemary and Terry Nicholson who are all from Wetherby. a year agoIt's best florist in the area, they're warm welcoming and they offer a great quality service with reasonable prices, the owner is just so wonderful and loves to keep her customers enjoy the experience and pick the best flowers for their occasion.The place is always so clean and well organized and feels so peaceful to visit.I wish them the best of luck.

a year agoValue for money questionable,I recently purchased a bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my girlfriends place of work.Upon seeing the flowers at her home I feel I have been hard done by. The quality of the flowers is not to be questioned, the two things that I can question is 1) size of the bouquet, I understand the price hike around a Valentine’s Day. But I could have got a bigger bouquet of flowers from Morrisons for half the price. To charge a high amount for three roses, tulips, carnations and the rest greenery / sticks is disappointing. Tried to support the small local business and feel like I have been taken advantage on a romantic holiday.2) the person who served me when placing the order asked for a special message which I provided. Again when been shown the card upon my girlfriends receipt of the flowers, to simply have a message of “happy Valentine’s Day” I feel again short changed and takes away from the prior customer service because she was incredibly helpful and friendly and understood my otherwise “blokish” understanding of flowers.Very disappointed I paid £55 and it’s totally not worth it.

3 months agoA very big thank you to Clare as she saved my future son in law when he ordered my daughter some flowers and put the delivery date as 31st July. I rang Clare on Saturday 1st July , which was my daughter’s birthday and when the flowers should have been ordered. Clare picked up my message and rang me back to say that she was only in to do a wedding, but put a beautiful bouquet together and delivered it to me in Collingham within 45 minutes. That is truly great service. My future son in law was very impressed with this service so once again - thank you
