6 years agoTerrible experience! I ordered through a third party internet company who ordered a basket of flowers for the amount of £42.50 including postage from The Flower Box. The flowers that arrived were appalling, it consisted of 2 roses, 3 carnations and some infillers which were sparse. On their website they advertise a basket of the same value with 8 roses, 6 Gerbera and lots of Infillers. When I called the shop they were dismissive and rude.

4 years agoI have used The Flower Box on several occasions, including for our Golden Wedding party. The service has always been excellent and the flowers amazing. Cannot recommend them highly enough. My go-to florist!
